Buying Microsoft 365 gets you the products. It does not set identity, sharing, mail authentication, joiner processes or the hygiene of a tenant that has grown by habit. Radius administers the tenant as part of the environment — Microsoft remains the platform vendor.

Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access where it fits how people actually work. Accounts that should not exist, removed.
Collaboration
Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive configured so work can be found, shared and stopped when someone leaves.
Permissions
Access that matches the job. Sharing links and group membership are part of operations, not a one-off project.
Hygiene
Licences that match usage, mail authentication in place, and a tenant that is reviewed rather than hoped for.
